You also want it to provide everything you need to relax, enjoy it and be confident in your investment. Integrity. You should look for it in a realtor as well. You want a realtor who provides you a financially sound transaction and handles all aspects of your negotiations so that you can relax and be confident in the transaction. I am that realtor.
